Help get a friend in the Top 40 (UK)
Aug. 17th, 2009 05:29 pmMy friend Amy has a new single coming out in October, which has gone on pre-sale today* (17th August), and they're hoping to have 5000 pre-orders by October, which will count towards that weeks chart position, and they're hoping she might be able to reach the Top 40.
If you've got a minute could you go to www.amywadgeholdme.com, listen to the single, and if it's your kind of thing, consider pre-ordering it. (Non UK sales count too!)
Amy is a really lovely person, and an amazingly talented singer/songwriter. You can listen to a couple of her tracks here, here, here and you can listen to samples of her tracks on iTunes here.
It's only £0.99, (around $1.60), and it would really mean a lot to Amy to do this.
If you can signal boost and re-post or link to this post, I'd be really grateful, especially those with larger friends list/circles than me.
