I'm having a play with filters, and whilst I'm doing so, I thought I check whether there's any particular subject you really don't want to read about.  Plus I wanted to play with the polls a bit.

I really won't be offended if there's anything you want to skip over - I know I skip over particular entries in other people's journals.  It just reassures me I'm not spamming people on subjects they're not interested in.

I find it fairly easy to just skip stuff I don't want to read. I ticked the chilren thing but it's not that I can't bear to read it. It's just that reproduction in general doesn't interest me. I get that the breastfeeding issue is important to you: my mum works in ante-natal so I understand the issues, they're just not relevant to me.

As for fandom stuff - this isn't about you specifically, but I do get annoyed by the number of people posting fannish stuff without identifying the fandom. I mean, if I see a pairing I've never heard of I get that it's a show I've never seen...but I'd still like to know what it is. You never know, I might want to check it out based on your post.
