Write a random phrase from each of the following:
Nearest book to you: Sophie opened the door, and there was a big, furry, stripy tiger.
The Tiger said, "Excuse me, but I'm very hungry. Do you think I could have tea with you?"
Sophie's mummy said, "Of course, come in."
Nearest cd insert: Schizophrenic chick, like a shark ate your ego.
I'm at home with myself I don't need you.
"Air & Angels". Alisha's Attic, Illumina
Nearest piece of paper that you wrote on: A draft of my chairs report for my NCT (National Childbirth Trust) branch's AGM -
I would first like to thank the committee for the sterling work they have put in, despite getting little or no thanks. I would also like to thank the other members who have lent a hand in whatever way to help keep the branch running. We are lucky to have this small band of people who are willing to selflessly give up their time in this manner.
<snip>
<snip>
I once again thank all those who have given their time to the branch and hope that next year sees more members doing their part to help the branch thrive.
The italics aren't appearing in the published report, but hopefully the membership will sense them. ;-)
Nearest piece that was written TO YOU: A committee member's expenxe form I have to approve. The power trip! *evil cackle*
Identify a random writing from something on your desk: Local Knowledge and expertise. John Cornwell worked for many years with the National Coal Board and was responsible for recording and investigating abandoned coal mines in the South Wales and Bristol Coalfields. In addition to his his knowledge of coal mining, he is active and well respected in the broader field of industrial archaeology. - From a brochure I'm turning into a website for my Dad's business. When it comes to Coal Mining my Dad kicks ass.
