Equality is not a concept

So you know that speech Joss Whedon made at the Equality Now dinner?. I may have made an icon from it. And then I made it again in lots of different colours.

Um...

So if anyone wants to grab, feel free. (Keyword credit please. Although, you probably ought to mention Joss too, seeing as it's his words. ;-) )

And becuase I'm really sad if anyone wants them in a specific colour, give me the hex number and I'll oblige.
